Defying Gravity, when Kerry didn't go up

This is from Wicked in London. This is audio of the one time Kerry Ellis (Elphaba) didn't go up in Defying Gravity. From what i understand her cape got caught in the lift and started pulling her down, that's why she yelled for them to stop. Then they had to pull the curtain down suddenly and stop the show for a minute. It's pretty scary, she could've been really hurt. It all worked out though and i think she sounds absolutely amazing at the end

It's interesting that it seems like Elphies do their best when the lift screws up or something else happens.
