for me it's annaleigh ashford. i've never actually seen her live but i've seen a couple of bootlegs of her and i think she just brings so much personality to the role, and she's hilarious!

I LOVE Kristen Chenowith, please don't get me wrong, but when I went to see Wicked at the Gershwin I saw Jennifer Laura Thompson and she really surprised me with how much she had made the role her own. I was worried that i was going to feel let down by missing Kristen and she turned everything around for me and left me more than pleasently surprised.
BIGGEST Kristin fan! She even signed both of my Wicked photos, even though she got the same letter twice (sorry, Kristin. Didn't know that address worked)
And she even PERSONALIZED the first one. I'm currently making more Wicked drawings and polishing up Idina Menzel as Elphaba. I did get to see Ali Mauzey, though and she was GREAT! I wish I got to see Kristin.
