Well, I get to go see Fiddler when it comes to Los Angeles this summer. It will be my last show before I head off for college. Topol is in it! And I go on closing night. I'm very happy.
Awesome! I love Fiddler on the Roof. I haven't seen it professionally but i've seen amateur productions of it. I'd love to be one of the daughters in it.

Topol was the West End original and the guy in the film. I should have been more clear.
As to college: I'm not sure yet. I've got along list of possibilities, ranging from Harvard in Boston to Tulane in New Orleans. By the end of April I should know for sure. I'll make sure to tell then.

I love Fiddler!! I've only seen the movie and I'm dying to see it onstage! No, change that: I'm dying to be in it onstage :)
Oh college. I'm almost done, one more semester after this one and then I shall be released into the real world!!! ...and probably living in a cardboard box in NYC... alas.
The tour is coming to my town next year. It has Topol as well. I'm not sure if I want to see it though. The Lion King (I love it, saw on Broadway), A Chorus Line (I really want to see) and Chicago (Don't necissarily need to see it again) are also coming.
Also my sister's musical theatre class is doing it this year (the program I just graduated from) and I'll see that obviously.
Its the only show that I think the has a better movie then live. It just made more sense in the movie, with the musical in her mind. Onstage, it was just to hard to follow.
It might be... as far as I know, Broadway Across Canada hasn't released it full show line up for Van. I was looking to see what might be playing when I am passing through., and I don't remember seeing to many shows.
We get a lot of stuff coming through Edmonton, but we have very pro companies that do musicals. The Citadel is really the only one, and they only do one a year, and never advertise for auditions. So I love that traveling shows are coming through. I can't wait for Spring Awakening to eventually get here. '
Yeah, I have a day and a half/ two day (planned) layover in Vancouver on my way to Salt Lake City. I'm just not sure when I am actually going yet.
