Where in the world should Wicked go next?

So, where on Earth should the next production of Wicked be?

Out of these options I'd pick Stockholm. I'm planning a visit there when they open the ABBA museum next year, so I could see Wicked on that trip too. Du ska bli populär! Jag hoppas at du är glad, jag hoppas at du är glad nu... Maybe my Swedish would get better while singing along a Swedish cast recording all day. :D

Helsinki would be great too, of course, but I'm afraid it would make enough money in Finland. It's such a big musical to put up and The Wizard of Oz isn't well known in Finland. In fact as the most of my friends, I haven't read/watched the original thing neither, I've just seen Wicked (though I've read the story online).

Wow. I am assigning you homework. Go to amazon and buy it. Here's a link to the UK item, shipping should be cheaper.

3 Disc Collector's edition (6.68 pounds) http://www.amazon.co.uk/Wizard-Oz-Disc-Collectors-DVD/dp/B000FUF7IU/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1239325722&sr=1-3

Bottom-of-the-line (4.98 pounds) http://www.amazon.co.uk/Wizard-Oz-DVD-Judy-Garland/dp/B00005NMWB/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1239325803&sr=1-1

Buy a copy and watch it, otherwise you're cheating yourself out of half the jokes in Wicked.

Yeah, I know I should see it. My birthday is soon, I could buy it if I get some money or a gift card to some DVD store.

If need be, I will send you the cash for it. Or just buy it on Amazon and get it shipped to you.

yup, perfect reason right there.
The west coast of north america needs more musicals anyway. I mean i guess LA has a lot but above there doesn't get much.

Sadly true. Cali is set, but the other western states have nothing.

NY is set, and states are close enough to it for easy access. The South is out of luck.

Maybe if SC would get big on Musicals it could divide the love across the coast. Southern states flock to SC for Wicked, northern to NY.
