Musicals You've Seen On Broadway, Tour, Professional

Doubleposting still, but I feel like talking about some musicals instead of going to bed as I should to do. Bear with me...

The Who's Tommy
Ughh. I saw this last August. I've heard the music before, and I thought it was great. So, when I saw it was going to be in Helsinki I had to get there. And it was a big disappointment. A band with four instruments played too loud music, I couldn't even hear the words - makes understanding a musical somewhat hard. At some points even the melodies proved to be difficult to hear. Kinda bad acting. Weird-looking costumes. And the set was sort of ugly, too. I'm actually staring to believe this is the worst musical I've seen, though I bet it could've been good with a decent band.
2/10

Oliver!
I saw this one in the newly renovated Lahti's city theare (they did my all-time fav live musical Cats, too, I love the place). The sets were gorgeous! Apparently there's a huge space under the stage since there was a lot of beautiful, large sets that rised up from the stage. The period costumes were great, too. I'm sorta wishing this theatre'll do Sweeney Todd one day, I bet it would look beyond awesome, btw. :D
The acting was ok, and so was the story, but I thought the songs were mosty kinda boring. A lot of them sounded the same and the orchestration sounded really old-fashioned and dull. But maybe I'd just need to listen a cast recording a couple of times to change my mind. I loved Reviewing the Situation, though!
6-/10 (it's so hard to rate these things!)
