What actually is my job as a moderator? Do i have the ability to edit posts or anything? Should i be doing something extra, i don't know i'm just sort of confused

your job as a Mod is to make sure everyone is following the rules and make sure everything is going good.... here is all you can do..
1) Edit Posts- if someone wrote something innapropiate 2) Ban Users- If someone has been told the rules but refuses to listen.. Ban them! 3) Delete Topics- If someone posted an innapropiate topic then you can delete it. 4) Close topics- You can close a topic where people can view it but they cant post in it.
how do i do any of that though? Like i see how to edit my own posts but not other ones. I only ask because of situations like the one with thatgirl that happened last night
