Well, its an Air Force cargo plane. So I'll be sharing space with a box of MRE's (MRE= Meal Ready To Eat) and mil-spec toilet paper...

I'm used to lousy flights, so far my worst was a 13 hour nonstop from Los Angeles to Zurich, but I'm pretty sure this one will take the cake. bleh.gif

haha oh yeah, that does not sound fun. I fly back and forth to europe pretty regularly but at least on those flights you get tv and food.

Ive never been on a flight when youve had those tv's in the back of the seats. So ive never really been able to see the tv. Hopefull next year that will change on my way to Europe.

Is that place interesting? When I think of it I think of Australia's capitol where all the government goes on and that place is boring as. But I suppose that is a hole haha, im sure Washington would be more interesting.

Yes. One of the highest crime rates in the nation. Very "interesting." Safe in the right places though. Lots of memorials and museums though.

High crime rate hey? Sounds like my town, we currently have the highest rate for car thefts anywhere in Australia. Including the big cities like Melbourne

Mostly violent crime. Rapes, robbery, assault, murder, etc,

For years no one could have a gun in DC. Criminals realized pretty quickly that they could do whatever they want. Our highest court ruled they could not ban guns. But DC is fighting it and defying them.

Everyone in America is allowed guns. I think thats wierd. In Australia its so hard to get them, you have to go underground to the seedy sections of our town to get them, and if you go there you'll likley end up stabbed! In American movies and stuff people seem to get guns easily

Yes. Americans have a tradition of gun ownership. And illegal guns are shockingly easy to get here. furious.gif The legal ones require background checks and sometimes licenses.

And here we think you guys are weird for not having any!

Oh, we don't. Our crime rate is pretty bad. Where I live has a ridiculously high violent crime rate. Did you know the reputation of East Los Angeles? My area is WORSE. I'm very glad my guns are bigger than theirs.

i was about to say i wish i've been to more of the states but now i'm not so sure, lol.
I've always wanted to go to DC though.
Canada is safe (at least where i am, but everyone is rather wealthy here) its just boring as hell

Yes. Thats an accurate statement. Really, most of the US is safe. We just have the usual bad areas. Its typical of every nation. Most of California is nice. Traffic sucks though.

Its not that special. The best stuff is in one small area. The very best part is at Hollywood and Vine (think Wicked!).

Wow Hollywood. To most people in my town Hollywood sounds like some sort of distant dream that no one will ever get to. Yet one person did and that gives us all hope. Portia de Rossi grew up in my town, and look at her now :D
