Madame Morrible says "Child of both worlds" - Discuss

What I'm reffering to is the scene toward the end of Act II when Glinda confronts Madame Morrible and The Wizard. While she is there she mentions seeing a little green bottle like the one The Wizard had which leads to the discovery that he is Elphabas Father.

Madame Morrible then says this line :

"So that was it. That's why she had such powers! She was a child of both worlds!"

My questions is what exactly are these two worlds? The Wizard didnt actually have any powers, and Elphabas mother was simply a Munchkinlander (of the tall variety).

Any thoughts on what these worlds she is talking about could be?

The human world and Oz

You combined a Human, which is a completely different species from anyone else is Oz, humans simply don't exist, so if you think about it, in his own way the wizard was supernatural so tie that together with a munchkinlander and you've created a completely new species.

oh yeah. i suppose i thought that all the people in Oz (Morrible) were oblivious to the other world. but i suppose that makes sense when you think about it. and it ties in well with the movie
