I wonder if the Russian translation will post right?
Damn, it didn't. This forum needs to get an upgrade! I want to post in Russian!

Considering the Russian didn't post, I presume you mean the Swedish? Its OK about the Russian. Once I get OK at it, I'll transliterate the Cyrillic into English letters.
And for Critter: Its part of DG. Translated into Swedish and Italian.
suosittu! Susta tulee suosittu! Opetan sulle miten puhut pojille, miten flirttaat, miten sut huomataan. Neuvon muotivaatteissa, kampauksissa, kaikes mikä tekee susta
suositun, mä teen susta suositun, liikut oikeessa seurassa, pärjäät urheilussa, tiedät oikeen tavan puhua, aloitetaan, on sulla pitkä matka kuljettavana...
It's a neat idea to translate the songs, and since I had a little spare time here, I decided to give a try on one of them... Defying Gravity would take me more than a little spare time to translate so it rhymes, so I tried something easier for a starter. Yeah, it would be too easy for me to just translate it in Finnish, so this rhymes and, go ahead and try, it's singable too (well, some bits require that you sing the words really quickly, but still...) ;D Hope it's not impossible to guess. :D
If I could even guess how to sing in Finnish, I would. Unfortunately I can't. Maybe a handy pronunciation guide? And the knowledge of which song it is?
Yes, it's Popular! The singing thing was just a joke, though, I've got no idea how to do the pronounciation guides, but a very clear idea that Finnish is a hard language to pronounce if you haven't studied it. :)
Yes, I'd believe that. My very limited exposure has been on another forum, one about WW2 era rifles (Russian "Mosin Nagants") which were captured by the Finns in the Winter War, and converted for their use. Very interesting language, maybe some day I'll learn it, but Russia is up first on the schedule.
