Ah yeah people go for rabbits around my neck of the woods too. Rabbits and foxes. I can always hear them at night. People hunt kangaroos and stuff too but its illigal most of the time. You need a special license of something.

You need a license here too, but they also have very stupid restrictions on who many rounds can be held in the weapon, and what kind of weapon you can use. But California has never been known for good firearms policies.

I really dont know anything about firearms. I know its illigal for bowhunters though. Unless you have a license or something. I dont really know, Id never go bow hunting myself. Much more into field and target archery.

We don't have very many restrictions on bow hunters, but I'd advocate a shotgun or rifle over it any day.

Of course. Target shooting is fun; I've never hunted and I'm not likely to.

My rifle collection is up to 4. All are second world war rifles.

People go hunting a lot in my neck of the woods (especially because i kind of live in the woods)
It makes me sad, and makes me think of poor old bambi, lol.
I think target shooting is really cool though. My school has an archery club, there are only like 6 people in it, but they practice a lot.

Ha thats cool my school would never have an archery club. If they did I probably wouldnt be in it and still do the out of school thing. It may be a fun sport that I enjoy but its not very common around the high schools, some find it strange.

Believe it or not, American schools used to have rifle teams. They'd actually bring the rifle to school and fire it at a range there. Now we can't have overly sharp pencils because of all the scummy people.

My school used to do archery but the reason it stopped is becuase someone stole all the equiptment

Thats downright scummy.

It reminds me of when our school had an almost week-long spree of burglaries to steal the data projectors. Almost immediately we had ten students who volunteered to hide in the bushes with our guns and apprehend the burglars. But of course the government would never let us do that

Yup. We are very protective where I live. The rednecks are all natives and the gang members keep coming up here because of a prison they built. There is a program called "Section 8" that gets low income families free housing, unfortunately half the people are gang members or drug dealers. The crime rate is awful now.

Aww that sucks. That's the downside of programs like that. I suppose there's no way to win.
