Opposite of the ranting topic. What are you happy about today?

I'm so happy that I finally finished Gather 'round, everybody! It's a pretty big Tim Burton fanart piece I've been working on and off for two months. About a time to get it done... But I'm so proud of it!

What are you happy about?

I'm so happy that I've got tickets for Alice in Wonderland's premiere! It's next week, and that's another thing I'm happy about - not having to wait for three months after the American premiere to see the movie.

And I'm also happy because I'm going to see Mary Poppins with a friend tomorrow. I've never seen the film and I'm expecting to see quite a lot sugar-coated-very-happy-and-uptempo songs, but I guess it'll be fun.

I've seen Alice twice already, once 2D and once 3D. It's pretty good, I enjoyed it although there is one scene near the end which I hate.

Now I'm happy because I did see Mary Poppins with my friend, and it was exactly how I thought it would be in the previous post...
So much fun, I just loved it! I liked it more than I would never have imagined. The fact that my favourite musical actor played Bert might've helped, and then there were all those overly happy uptempo songs I thought would annoy me but that I found myself liking a lot.

There you see, kids, preconception's good for nothing.

I'm super happy that Starlene introduced me to the Finnland production of Wicked and I've decided I must try to make Elphaba's school uiform from said production... just got a hat for it today :D
