Yeah, happy late holidays! :D My Christmas wasn't that nice... We celebrate Christmas on Christmas eve in Finland and I had fever and felt sick for the whole day. Luckily I got a lot better by the next day.
Did you get nice presents? I did, I got some books and dvds and cds I've been hoping to get for ages.
And the best of all: I got tickets to Les Misérables in Turku Swedish Theater for next year's November! They've just put the tickets for sale and all the best places have been sold already, even though it's still almost an year away, so I'm so happy I got really good seats as a present! And I also got a gift card for Lippupiste, our version of Ticketmaster. And guess what I bought... Yeah, another ticket for Les Mis. Talk about obsessed, I have to take a train and sit there for three hours to get there and it's in Swedish all... But it's still Les Mis! :D
I'd absolutely love to be in Les Mis one day. I'm not that sure that I could have a main role, but I'd happily be in the ensemble or moving the sets around or anything. But it doesn't seem too likely that I'd get to be in it...
My school does a production this year, though. The school's band is going to play Deep Purple (everyone knows that's the music teacher's fav band), the students who go to the morning dance rehearsals will dance. The creative writing course - which I took - was asked to write some texts about how hard it is to be young. "They don't have to be easy to read", they adviced us. And then they're putting all this together for some sort of show. How nice... But why, oh why, can't we do a real play or something?
