Musicals you're going to see

Are you going to see any musicals soon?

I'm going to see a bunch of them when I'll finally arrive to New York City! Only 45 nights before the plane leaves, I can't wait... :D

It was somewhat difficult deciding what to see, but finally I chose a bunch of things I've never seen live before: In The Heights, West Side Story and A Little Night Music (with Angela Lansbury, I hope. I'm so excited I get to see her live!).
It was hard to decide that I'm not going to see Wicked or Phantom this time, but I thought I should try to see as many new things as possible.

Too bad, btw, that I saw the movie Chicago a week ago.
I fell in love with the music, so I thought that I have to see that musical. But I saw the movie week after we ordered all the tickets... I still hope I'll somehow manage to squeeze the Broadway version of Chicago in, even though I've got no idea how...

those are good choices, i'm jealous! I saw In the Heights though and I loved it, I've heard good things about West Side Story and ALNM.

There's not really anything playing around here that interests me at the moment but hopefully I'll be living in London again soon enough so I can see lots of stuff.

I saw the local professional production of The Drowsy Chaperone. I loved it. It was awesome!

So I posted the above in the wrong topic. Ignore it.

Starlene - As for Chicago, don't be disappointed. The broadway version is great, but I actually found the concept of the movie (a musical in her head) to be far better. It just worked better.
